By accessing and using the jameela.my website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
Product Information
Product Condition
All products sold by JAMEELA MY TRADING are delivered in their original condition as received from the manufacturer, with no defects. The full list of available brands can be found on our Brands page.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate and up to date. If you receive a product that differs from its description (wrong fragrance, wrong size, or wrong concentration), you may submit a return request under our Returns and Refunds policy. This does not limit your rights under Malaysian consumer protection law.
Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance
- Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
- We may cancel or decline orders for reasons including stock issues or payment irregularities
- Order confirmations will be sent to the registered email address
Payment Terms
- Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, GrabPay PayLater, ShopeePay, ShopBack PayLater
- Currency: All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
- Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed securely through HitPay. You will be redirected to HitPay's secure payment environment to complete your purchase. We do not store your card details.
- Failed Payments: If payment is not completed, you will receive an email with a link to complete your order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Policy
- Shipping: Free shipping on all orders to all states and federal territories in Malaysia — no minimum purchase required
- Couriers: J&T Express, SPX Xpress, Lazada Express, Poslaju
- Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): 3–5 business days
Returns and Refunds
Return Period: 30 days from delivery
Condition: Products must be unopened with the original label attached
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. Returns are for refund only.
Return Shipping: Free — a return label is included in every order
Return Method: By mail or in store
Process: Email support@jameela.my or visit our store to request a return
Refund Time: 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Limitation of Liability
JAMEELA MY TRADING is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
