Our 30-day return policy

Return Policy

JAMEELA MY TRADING accepts returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are not accepted. Returns are for refund only.

Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened with the original label attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances (due to hygiene regulations)
  • Products with the label removed or damaged
  • Items returned without original packaging

Incorrectly Shipped Products

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will arrange a return at our expense. Please submit a return request via the Track Order page within 3 days of delivery.

Damaged During Shipping

JAMEELA MY TRADING is not responsible for damage caused by the courier during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Return Process

  1. Submit a request: Go to the Track Order page and select "Request Return". Video evidence is required.
  2. We review within 3 business days: You will be notified by email once a decision is made.
  3. Return the item: Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label. Download, print, and drop off the package at the courier.
  4. Inspection: We inspect the item after receiving it.
  5. Refund issued: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to the same payment source.

Refund Method

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard): Refunded to the original card. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
  • FPX Online Banking: Refunded to the originating bank account within 3 business days
  • E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay): Refunded to the original e-wallet account within 3 business days
  • Buy Now Pay Later (ShopBack PayLater, GrabPay PayLater): Refunded according to the provider's refund schedule

All refunds are processed through HitPay, our payment gateway.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for approved returns. JAMEELA MY TRADING covers the return shipping cost. A shipping label will be sent via email after approval.

In-Store Returns

You may also return items directly at our store. Please bring the item in its original packaging along with your order number.
