How refunds are processed at JAMEELA MY TRADING

Refund Policy Overview

This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for purchases made on www.jameela.my.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item received is different from what was ordered (return shipping covered by JAMEELA MY TRADING)
  • The order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe from the date the courier received the shipment
  • The product is unopened, has the original label attached, and is returned within 30 days of delivery

Damaged During Shipping

JAMEELA MY TRADING is not responsible for damage caused by the courier during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances (due to hygiene regulations)
  • Products with the label removed or damaged
  • Items returned without original packaging

Refund Process

  2. Return the Item: Ship the item back in its original packaging or return it in store. A return label is included in the original package.
  3. Inspection: We inspect the returned item on the same day we receive it
  4. Refund Issued: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for products that are unopened and have the original label attached. A return label is included in every order.
